Project Two: Serve Mission House (Joshua 24:15) Construction
Jude (Jude is from Haiti) and Sabrina Villemenay and her three children are US born Christian missionaries who moved from the US to Haiti June 6, 2013 to serve full time for Love God Love People Missions ("LGLP"), in Thomazeau, Haiti. The expense of renting LGLP's Serve Mission House from October 1, 2014 to October 1, 2015 was $8,000 (US). At present the Serve Mission House is located nearly two hours from Thomazeau. Jude, Sabrina and their family travel to/from Tabarre, Haiti to Thomazeau to minister daily, which consists of four hours of driving time. The new location for “Serve House” will be within walking distance from the church in Thomazeau. Serve Mission House is a "home away from home" for mission teams traveling from abroad to serve on projects with LGLP. It will also serve as the primary residence for our full time missionary family as well as for short-term internship housing. In an effort to keep the cost of housing mission teams affordable and accommodations suitable for effective ministry and to ensure the highest level of security for foreign missionaries, we are excited to begin the construction and equipping of the Serve Mission House soon.
